A place of numerous encounters, shows, concerts, street theatre performances, intended primarily as a tourist attraction. The town square features a fountain in the shape of a knight’s shield and swords that refer back to medieval times. The principal attraction of this place is the fountain with water flowing from nearly 50 nozzles and “dancing” to the rhythm of music. The show of water and colour is stunning, especially after sunset. 30-minute shows about the history of Malbork are held in the summer on Fridays and Saturdays.
